Prokopie® is an internationally registered trademark owned by Atelier Prokopie. The Prokopie name, brand identity, and associated visual elements are the exclusive property of Atelier Prokopie.

Design & Creative Protection

All gowns created by Prokopie Atelier are original couture designs. Silhouettes, structural concepts, construction techniques, embellishment methods, aesthetic compositions, and overall design presentation are protected under applicable copyright and design laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, reinterpretation, or commercial use — in whole or in part - without prior written authorization from Atelier Prokopie is strictly prohibited.

Digital & Visual Content

All imagery, campaigns, editorials, text, and digital materials presented across official platforms remain the intellectual property of Atelier Prokopie and may not be used without permission.
